I may not agree with your opinion but I’ll fight for your mright to say it.
cycling to work- bells

Oh. My. word.
Why do people feel it necessary to use the bells on their bikes. They are such an impersonal way to get people out of the way.
Really, there are a whole load of ways in which to talk to people from on a bike. Thats the best thing about being on it, you arent encased in a shell of metal, and people can see that you are actually a person as well.
For goodness sakes, if there is someone in front of you, ask them, politely to move out of your way, or mention, Hi- good fellow of the street, I am on my way through this byway, please be so kind as to mobilise your body out of a collision course with myself, or adverse events may occur…
The dinging of a bell really isnt up to that kind of thing and is just an excuse to be impolite.
To be fair, bikers who go through red lights also REALLY piss me off. I mean, if you are on wheels, obey the laws of the road. If I see you go through a red light, please dont be surprised to see me hunt you down with a glowering face and an iron bar to stick through your spokes as you gaily make your way down the street.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
and dont ring your freaking bell at me either.
Work Stuff: I’ve now finished the last remnants of the copy for the laser skin treatment area. I think it sounds much more generic now I took away all of the superfluous text. To be honest I much prefer to work on the new sports site that came in this week. They do things like running shoes - I’m really looking forward to sinking my teeth into it. Oh! I alos found this good blog post about Enigin if anyone is interested. So that’s me done for the week for now!
