If you are overweight and disgusted with your appearance, there are things you can do to lose those unwanted pounds, naturally. That’s right, no harsh chemicals, fad diets or pills. Just natural methods to burn off those pounds and turn yourself into a newer, leaner you.

Water - It goes without saying that water is essential for life. It hydrates our body and keeps our skin glowing. It is also great for weight loss as it flushes out harmful toxins from our body and keeps us feeling full. We all know that when we feel full, we eat less. When we eat less, we lose pounds.

Protein - Add more protein to your diet and less foods with fats and carbs. A high protein diet helps to build muscle. Try eating 3 light meals a day consisting of a 4oz piece of lean meat such as chicken breast and a green veggie. Allow yourself a couple small snacks in between and water.

Exercise - There is absolutely no need to put anything into your body to get lean if you are doing your exercising regularly. 20 minutes a day on the treadmill should do it. Or, you can substitute for a 15 minute morning walk.
